The School aims to assign students to their preferred Majors (Journalism and Digital Media Major or Public Relations and Advertising Major), prioritizing their choices while ensuring sufficient places and resources to maintain quality teaching and learning. A fair and transparent Major assignment system is crucial to achieve this goal. This system should provide equal opportunities for all students to enroll in a Major that aligns with their abilities and aspirations, based on a holistic evaluation of their assignment criteria.
The assignment order will be determined based on the following criteria:
Local and Mainland entrants:

Students may appeal their Major assignment after the main round results are announced, provided there is evidence of a significant administrative error or procedural irregularity in the assignment process.
